Why are you selling socks?
There is one way to show how you feel about your day, and that is socks! There is never a need to hide your joy and never a better reason to share it with others!
What are your socks made of?
We pride on comfort above all else for our products. Our socks currently are made of cotton with a composition of 85% Cotton, 10% Elastine & 5% Polyester.
Please note that this material does not refer to our custom face socks and only relates to our woven funky socks!
Do I get to choose my own socks?
You have the option of choosing your socks or letting us do the hard work for you! If you would like to build a personal collection, either shop our men or women's collection and enjoy!
How do I know those socks will fit me?
Our socks have 10% Spandex and will fit almost everyone. Our Men's selection fit most sizes ranging from men's 6 - 12.5 AU. Our women's selection will be able to fit most women with sizes ranging from women's 5 - 9 AU.
I am a female and I am a size 11 AU and worried I won't be able to fit into the women's collection.
Unfortunately your feet might be a little too awesome for the women's collection, but you still have our choices! We can also recommend trying on the Men's collection as there is a cross in sizes in which case many women will still fit our men's collection.
I've made a purchase and my order have a variety of different sizes?
We do our best to be as specific as possible and thre are chances where there may be a 1-2cm discrepancy. This will not affect how you wear your socks at all.
What sizes do you have on offer?
We currently stock three sizes, S,M & L sizes with our sizes labelled in AU foot sizing. If you are on the larger end of a size, we may recommend going to the next size to avoid disappointment!
Do I have to crop the image I upload?
Nope! Just make sure you upload a good resolution image in good lighting and the best pictures are always front facing. Our team will review it and do the rest of the fancy cutting work!
Can I preview the socks before production?
If you would like to see a digital proof, please email us to let us know. However, we want to make sure that we get our socks designed and printed through our schedule and by viewing a digital copy can cause delays to your order and can increase the delay passed the normal 10 business day time frame.
Does it have to be a dog or person? Can I do another animal?
As long as you have a good quality photo, we can do anything from lizards to horses and from houses to a piece of dust!
What are your socks made of?
We use a blend of polyester and cotton. 75% polyester as we found that this is the best material for printing quality and 25% cotton as your socks should still be comfortable.
Any washing instructions I should be aware of?
We've tested our socks and they should last many washes. For the best result, We always recommend to wash it by hand as it can be a touch more delicate! However, if you can't then putting it through a cold cycle will work.
How long does it take for my custom socks to get made?
We aim to get your order to the post office in 7-10 days. Sometimes this can be pushed faster but often delayed during busy periods. This is completely normal during seasonal periods but we always try our best to meet the scale of demand. If you would like to enquire further, please count 10 business days from your date of order as the timeframe it requires.
How come my socks look different to what was advertised or the product page image?
Our socks have gone through several transformations as to improve the quality of the product itself. This does mean that some changes were made in an effort to do this and may be the reason that the appearance is different to what you were originally expecting.
My custom socks don't have the PULSE logo on the toes?
You're correct in noticing that! We have made changes over time and removed the logo from our toes to ensure we can continue strengthening our product. As a result, some customer review photos have it, and others dont but from this point forward it will be removed from actual products!
Where do you currently ship to?
We currently only provide shipping within Australia and New Zealand. If you are overseas (Primarily in the US) we recommend checking out our international website, https://pulsesocks.co
Are there costs for shipping?
Our shipping costs are dependent on the size of your order. It is a flat rate of $6.95 for all orders and a special free shipping rate for all orders over $70. This is a standard shipping rate as we currently do not offer Express shipping on our store.
How do you handle your shipping process?
We use the Australian Post primarily for 95% of our orders. If you have ordered a portrait or a larger order, we may use an independent courier which we will keep you in the loop with! This is just a more effective method of getting our parcels to you!
How come I received separate packages for my orders?
This is entirely dependent on your order
Our packaging bags can comfortably fit 2-3 pairs and depending on your order, we may require several packaging bags. This may lead to some packages arriving earlier than others, but we expect all packages to arrive safely! In the chance you have also ordered funky socks, they will be travelling separately and will arrive at a different time to your custom order dependent on Australia Post.
How long is the delivery?
CUSTOM FACE SOCKS
Our custom socks take 7-10 business days to design and print before we bring them to the post office. Once we have given it to the post, please expect 5-9 Days for Standard Delivery dependent on your location.
If you haven't received your product after 2-3 weeks after receiving your tracking number or your tracking updates have stalled, we recommend calling the Australia Post support line and making a case claim for them to dig deeper. Since we use Australia Post, we are unable to fix anything until claims have been made.
What if my item doesn't arrive, or becomes "lost"?
Sometimes there can be delays with Australia Post and how they conduct their delivery methods. Please allow at least 2-3 weeks before contacting us about your order. Provided it has passed this timeframe, we recommend calling the Australia Post to open up a case request as they primarily deal with these situations once we hand the parcels to them. Depending on what has happened, they will bring us into the matter where we will do our best to fix your situation to the best of our ability!
How can I track the shipping time frame for my order?
We will let you know through a series of emails regarding the time frame and requirements of your order. Depending on the size of your order, we choose the best shipping to get the products to you. In some circumstances, smaller orders do not come with any tracking.
What if I am living in a rural town?
In the chance that you are currently living in a rural town, please allow the maximum amount of time before your order arrives. This could be potentially up to 2 weeks, but could arrive much sooner than expected.
How can I pay for my order?
We only use trusted and secure payment gateways to protect your payments. You can pay by Paypal, VISA, Mastercard or Afterpay. You have a choice on which payment gateway you feel most secure in.
How does my discount code work?
Once you are at the checkout section, enter in your promo code and if the code is still valid, the changes will be automatically made and reflected on your new pricing.

Do you support Afterpay?
We definitely support Afterpay! So you can enjoy your socks right now and worry about the costs later!
Is it safe to process payments through you? Do you have access to my card details?
We use Stripe and Paypal, the leading international payment providers, to handle all of our payment processes. Your details will be stored on the gateway's private servers to be used for any future purchases.
Do I have to pay GST separately?
Our prices are included with GST so you won't have to pay any extra hidden costs!
How do I place an order?
It's extremely simple actually!

4. Pay and you're on your way to receiving your brand new socks.
What do I do if i'm having trouble placing an order?

What do I do if I never received an order confirmation email?
First you want to check your spam folder or try do a search for emails sent by "Pulse Socks". If this doesn't help, send us an email at email@example.com and we'll get right on it!
My order arrived broken.
Before moving our products out, we personally check for any inconsistencies, but we apologise in advance if you have received a faulty product. Please email us immediately and we will rectify the situation.
I'm an absolute novice with everything.
